1. Wire splice inspection
Wires with loose joints will cause high temperature or sparks to damage the joints. Poor joints will also affect signal transmission; the joints on the contactor will be easily loosened due to the vibration of electromagnetic action, so it is necessary to check the wire joints regularly. Position and tighten.
2. Motor
Generally, motors are air-cooled. Dust accumulation will cause difficulty in heat dissipation. Therefore, regular cleaning is carried out every year. Usually, a motor overload circuit breaker is installed in the circuit. The limited current of this protection device is adjustable and should be adjusted according to the motor power. At the same time, once the overload protector starts, it should be determined to check whether there is a lack of phase, bad contacts or high oil temperature before pressing the reset switch.
3.Tube heating coil and thermocouple
The heating coil of the feeding tube should be checked regularly to ensure effective heat transfer. In normal production, the burning of the heating coil of the feeding tube is not easy to detect. For this reason, attention should be paid to the working conditions of the temperature controller, and the heating coil of the feeding tube should be judged from it. Is it normal. In addition, the common damage to the heating coil of the material pipe is the connection of the wire. Due to the poor joint, the contact resistance increases, which causes the local overheating of the connection to cause the interface to be oxidized and damaged.
4. Electrothermal Controller (SSR)
It is used for the heating control of the electric heating part, but due to the high heating frequency, its vulnerability is relatively high. It is common that the internal contact points of the controller are burned out, resulting in unstable temperature or failure of temperature control. Since it is made in a sealed mode, there is no possibility of maintenance after damage, and it needs to be replaced, so it is necessary to store spare parts.
5. Computer control part
With the application of microcomputer control technology in the injection molding machine, the normal operation of the microcomputer part and its related auxiliary electronic boards has been proposed to the fluctuation of the power supply voltage, the temperature and humidity of the working environment, the shock resistance of the installation and the interference of the external high-frequency signal. To meet higher requirements, keep the fan for ventilation and heat dissipation in the control box working normally, use a power supply voltage stabilizer with high precision to supply power, try to reduce the influence of external vibration on the control box, and the cleanliness and dryness of the control box; These issues should be effectively addressed and checked regularly.
